Major Structural A&A and renovation works at Podium, Level 1 to 3 areas including Toilets, Baby Care Rooms, Feature/Graphic Walls, Main core of Shopping Arcade, Shop Fronts and BOH Areas.

Structural work of floor slab opening and reinforcement.

Fabrication and installation of Concierge/Reception Counters.

Installation of LED wall panels and Light Box.

E&M installation (HVAC, FS, P&D, Elect and ELV Works).

External Aluminum cladding fabrication and installation. (Approx. 6000M2)
